Eztek aims to conduct our business activities in a profitable manner that ensures the expectations of our Customers are fulfilled, harm to people and property is reduced to as low a level as reasonably practicable and any harm to the environment is progressively reduced. This practical approach will help ensure the continued growth and profitability of the business, job security for the Eztek Team and the progressive improvement of the Business Management System.

Eztek recognise the importance of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) considerations within business services and activities that potentially have an impact on:
• The scope of supply to our Client base in the UK and internationally
• Our employees and business practices
• Our surroundings and the environments in which we operate

Plans and Objectives, appropriate to the nature and scale of Eztek activities, are established and implemented. Review of business performance occurs at regular intervals.
Eztek and the Management Team are accountable for the implementation of the policy and the management of QHSE on a day-to-day basis and will ensure that the business:
• Has processes and procedures in place that control business risks arising from its undertakings
• Commits to the continual improvement of the Business Management System and QHSE performance and actively strive to improve the products and services supplied to customers
• Actively encourage ownership and commitment to the requirements of our Business Management System by all members of the Eztek Team through consultation, participation and communication
• Ensure confidentiality of information, including that provided by our clients
• Provides suitable and sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision for personnel to be competent to fulfil their tasks
• Provides and maintains safe plant and equipment
• Commits to the prevention of injury and ill-health
• Complies with applicable legal and any other requirements to which it subscribes, and commits to fulfil its compliance obligations
• Commits to protecting the environment, including prevention of pollution and by developing its products to improve environmental performance
